Meet the latest 2026 Ambassador Cohort
The GraphQL Foundation is happy to announce the latest cohort of GraphQL Ambassadors! Ambassadors represent a diverse range of geographies, backgrounds, and use cases — from maintainers of popular libraries and meetup organizers to educators writing guides and tutorials, and beyond.
We are delighted to welcome Željko and Christian to the Ambassador team. Željko is a passionate educator and advocate for GraphQL who has been sharing practical, real-world guidance through conference talks, workshops, and his growing catalogue of community content. We are excited to support his efforts to make GraphQL more accessible to developers around the world through education and video content.
Christian brings extensive experience building GraphQL at scale, alongside a strong track record of community leadership. In addition to speaking regularly at GraphQL conferences, he has helped grow the Amsterdam GraphQL community through local meetups and recently co-organised GraphQL Day Amsterdam. We are proud to have his event-organising expertise and community-building experience as part of the Ambassador program.

What have the Ambassadors been up to?
Our Ambassadors have been busy organising and hosting GraphQL events around the world: Locals have been held in Philly, London and Hyderabad just to name a few. This year, our TSC and Ambassador teams have also been instrumental in organising and hosting GraphQL Day events in conjunction with FOST, see the write up from Akshat who helped at GraphQL Day Singapore.
